How It Works

How it works:

  1. Choose a membership plan that is right for you
  2. Select as many toys to add to your wishlist as you like
  3. You will receive toys from your wishlist within a few days
  4. Keep the toys for 30 or 60 days, depending upon the plan, or longer if  you wish. You will still only be charged your low monthly membership fee, with no late fees ever! *Customers receive only One Shipment Per Month or One Shipment Every 2 Months, depending upon the plan*
  5. When you are ready to get some fresh toys, place the toys that you wish to return back in the original shipping box, tape up the box with the provided tape & adhere the provided postage paid Fed Ex shipping label, then drop off at any Fed Ex shipping location. (Visit www.fedex.com to find the closest location to you)
  6. When we receive your returned toys, we will send out your next shipment

What if we only want to exchange some of the toys at the end of the month?

You can keep the toys you get from BabyPlays for as long as you like, as long as you are an active member. At the end of the month you may send back the toys you would like to return and you will be sent fresh toys.

What do I do if I want to purchase one or more of the toys I was sent this month?

Call or e-mail any of our BabyPlays Playtime Consultants and they will quickly tell you your special price, which is 20% off retail cost for all of our members. Upon approval your card will be charged and the toy will be removed from your online Toy Box.

What do I do if the toy I received was broken?

Toys that are broken upon receipt MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS of receipt. If the toy you received was broken, report the broken toy in the contact us section. Once we receive your report we will send you a replacement for the broken toy. When you return your toys to BabyPlays, INCLUDE THE BROKEN TOY.

What do I do if I lose a piece to a toy?

If you lose a piece to BabyPlays toy, as long as you are a member, you have 30 days to find and return the missing piece.  In the event that you are unable to locate the missing piece you will incur a missing parts fee between $5-$10 depending on the cost of that toys.  Please feel free to contact BabyPlays in the event that a piece of a toy was misplaced and we are happy to work with you.

Do I have to deliver my package to a Fed Ex location every month or will they pick it up from my house?

ALL members deliver their postage paid box to any one of the hundreds of Fed Ex Store locations nearest them. Once you log in to your BabyPlays account our system will automatically tell you where the nearest Fed Ex locations are to you. If you would like to check in advance, visit the Fed Ex website and enter your zip code.

***Boxes can be picked up by Fed Ex at no cost to the customer if it is picked up from a commercial location.

Are BabyPlays toys sanitized?

BabyPlays takes the health and safety of your children very seriously. BabyPlays Toys are sanitized using a 100% All Natural, Organic cleaning product that is approved by the EPA. For more information on what product we are using for sanitization please e-mail: cleantoys@babyplays.com

Can I cancel at anytime?

BabyPlays memberships are ongoing until you cancel your membership by phone or e-mail. After meeting your commitment length as a member, your membership renews on a month-to-month basis.  After fulfilling your 3 month or 12 month commitment to BabyPlays and returning any toys that you did not purchase, you may cancel your membership by calling 1-877-88-PLAYS from 9am-5:30 pm CST.

Do I need to keep the box you sent the toys in?

Yes. You may flatten your box and slide it under a bed or behind a dresser to store while you are enjoying your toys. We have included enough tape for you to re-seal the box when you are ready to ship your toys back.
